To ensure consistent operational standards and long-term success, YAYASAN MADANI through its strategic partners will provide continuous training and guidance for all Madani Mart entrepreneurs.
Program Structure:

Pre-opening Training:
Comprehensive course covering store management, inventory control, customer service, and marketing.

Business Mentorship:
Entrepreneurs will receive step-by-step guidance from HQ during setup and the first months of operation.

Ongoing Evaluation:
HQ will conduct a performance review every 2 months to assess outlet operations, sales growth, and overall management quality.

Entrepreneur Development Courses:
Regular training sessions and workshops will be organized to help entrepreneurs enhance their business knowledge and leadership skills.

Entrepreneur Selection & Approval Procedure
Yayasan Madani will implement a structured filtering and approval process to ensure only qualified and committed entrepreneurs are selected.
Procedure Steps:

Application Review:
Evaluate applicants based on business motivation
and financial readiness (self-funded or loan-based).

Market & Location Survey:
Conduct a detailed market feasibility study to identify strategic and high-potential locations. Final site selection will be made jointly by HQ and the entrepreneur to ensure profitability and accessibility.

Approval & Agreement:
Once approved, both parties will sign a formal license agreement outlining responsibilities and terms of cooperation.

Renovation & Setup:
HQ will assist with outlet layout planning, renovation, and branding setup to ensure consistency with Madani Mart’s image.

Staff Recruitment:
HQ will help arrange hiring and training of staff before store opening to ensure smooth operations from day one.
06
Grand Opening:
Official store launch with promotional activities and marketing support coordinated by HQ.
